Recognizing your trigger foods, and recognizing that a particular diet may not have been at fault, you may wish to revisit your old favourites that have worked at some point in the past. When people “plateau”, it is usually about a change in their activity level, their motivation, and becoming bored so that something fundamental to the diet’s success gets shifted!
